Sassan K. Moghadam is a commercial builder, real estate developer, and long-time Oklahoma entrepreneur whose career has spanned more than four decades. Throughout that time he has built a reputation for disciplined project execution, practical problem solving, and developments that perform long after construction is complete.
Sassan holds a Mechanical Engineering degree from the University of Oklahoma. While attending OU he launched his first company, Sooner Homes, and quickly established himself as a capable young builder.
In 1984 he founded Precision Builders, a commercial general contracting firm that continues to operate today. Over the years the company has delivered numerous commercial construction projects across the region, earning a reputation for completing projects on schedule and within budget.
As his work expanded beyond construction into development, Sassan co-founded Aria Development. The firm has since become one of the more active real estate development groups in the Oklahoma City metro, responsible for retail, commercial, and mixed-use developments that serve both growing communities and established markets.
Sassan’s background in engineering, combined with decades of hands-on construction experience, gives him a practical advantage in development. He approaches projects from the ground up, focusing on efficiency, long-term performance, and disciplined cost control. Clients and partners value his ability to solve complex development challenges while maintaining a straightforward, results-driven approach.
In addition to his development and construction work, Sassan owns and manages more than 500,000 square feet of commercial real estate.
He has also remained active in civic and industry organizations including the Norman Chamber of Commerce, Norman Developers Council, BASCO, the Oklahoma City Chamber of Commerce, United Way, and the Red Cross.
Outside of business, Sassan spends time traveling internationally and is deeply interested in safari hunting and wildlife conservation, supporting responsible big-game preservation efforts around the world.

Kristi manages over fifty intercompany related entities; working closely with other accountants, outside partners, lenders, agents, subcontractors, etc. Projections, budgeting, budget tracking, tax preparation/ planning and a keen eye for detail add to the extended resources that she brings to our team.
Prior to joining Aria Development, Kristi worked in the Aerospace Industry as an Accounting Manager, served as a controller in a publicly held solid waste and landfill company, and held the position as a comptroller for a local auto group. In addition to serving as the in-house Accountant at Aria Development and 1336 Properties, she is the Principal in her consulting business, Accounting Prescriptions, LLC. This has serviced a multi-location Oil and Gas Distributer along with other accounting clients.
Kristi is happily married and has one daughter, Kolbie. The Walker's live in South OKC/W. Moore.
Born in Norman and a lifelong Oklahoma resident, Chris is a graduate of the University of Oklahoma with deep ties to the communities he serves. He has spent his career working in commercial and residential real estate, construction, and property management, with a hands-on approach shaped by early exposure to the industry.
Chris brings over 28 years of professional experience in commercial real estate, construction, and property management, backed by a lifetime around development work. His father was a developer and home builder, and one of Chris's earliest memories is holding a survey rod on a job site at four years old. That early start gave him a practical understanding of how projects are built, maintained, and managed from the ground up.
Today, Chris manages commercial and residential properties and oversees day-to-day operations across retail and mixed-use assets. His work includes coordinating construction and maintenance, managing budgets, working with contractors and vendors, supporting leasing, and keeping projects aligned with contracts and governing documents. He stays close to the details, from financial oversight to on-site conditions, and prefers to solve problems directly rather than pass them along.
His background in construction helps him identify practical solutions, control costs, and catch issues early. Owners rely on him to keep properties running smoothly and handle the many moving parts that come with operating real estate.
Outside of work, Chris is married to his wife Candace and is the father of two children, Joscelyn and Greyson. When he is not working on properties, he enjoys spending time with his family, rebuilding cars, going to Jiu-Jitsu, cooking, and watching movies.
