Sassan K. Moghadam is a well-established general contractor, real estate developer and landlord. His career spans over three decades with proven performances of on-time and on-budget projects in the commercial construction industry. Sassan holds a Mechanical Engineering degree from the University of Oklahoma. While at OU, Sassan founded Sooner Homes, having great success as a young homebuilder. In 1984, Sassan founded Precision Builders, a very successful general contracting firm that is still thriving today. As his career continued to advance, he co-founded Aria Development, one of the most active real estate development firms in the metro. Sassan’s hands-on development and construction experience, coupled with his unique and diverse combination of engineering and design skills, quickly establishes the trust of his clients. He provides innovative, cost effective, and reliable solutions for their individual construction needs. Sassan’s various business ventures include: Aria Development, Precision Builders, Windstone Construction and ownership of over 500,000 sq ft of commercial space.
Sassan has been a pillar of the community; engaged in the Norman Chamber of Commerce, the Norman Developer’s Council, BASCO, the Oklahoma City Chamber of Commerce, the United Way, the Red Cross, etc. Sassan is a forever mentor to those that surround him, and, has been very blessed to work beside his daughter and business partner, Lisa Talley, owner of a successful real estate brokerage in Norman. In his free time, Sassan is very serious about safari hunting and big game conservation; traveling all over the world, making friends.
Joey M. Wishnuck, M.B.A., J.D. is an experienced real estate developer, investor and builder. Joey holds a B.A. from the University of Oklahoma, an M.B.A. from the University of Central Oklahoma, and a J.D. from the Oklahoma City University School of Law. He spent twelve years in the commercial banking business with a real estate lending portfolio concentrated on construction and development projects. People can entrust their investment with Joey based on his attention to detail with subcontractors/venders, budgets, schedules, lenders, realtors, appraisers, insurance agents, engineers, architects and his overall knowledge in both residential and commercial real estate. Further, his experience in both legal and finance helps bridge the challenges sometimes experienced when working with bank and mortgage companies along with insurance providers. Joey's various business ventures include: Aria Development, Windstone Construction, ScissorTail Roofing, and Wishnuck Investments.
Joey is also very active in the Community, graduating from Leadership Norman, serving as Campaign Chair for the United Way, among the founding members of Legacy Rotary, has been the recipient of both the Journal Record’s Achievers under 40 and Norman Chamber of Commerce’s NormanNEXT under 40 and serves on the Board of Directors for the United Way and the Builders Association of South Central Oklahoma (BASCO).
Joey and his wife, Michelle, have three children. Their two oldest, both beautiful girls, Madi and Dallis, attend Norman Public Schools while their bright-eyed son, J. Ford, keeps Michelle very busy chasing the monster. They are parishioners at St. Mark Catholic Church, where the Wishnuck family were founding members over twenty years ago.
Eric Williams, DBIA, is a very experienced general contractor. Eric is an Oklahoma City native and a graduate of the University of Oklahoma with a BS in Construction Science from the College of Architecture in 1985. Eric was active on OU campus serving as president of the OU Ruf/Neks. Eric worked for nationally ranked general contractor firms for the next 30 years with a major focus on federal and state government work, medical facilities, correctional, hospitality and sports venues. His diverse experience in project management, conceptual design estimating, constructability review, cost analysis, systems estimating and value engineering has proven to be essential to the success of construction projects across the country.
Eric has served on several boards and associations such as the Western Oklahoma Chairman of the Associated Builders and Contractors, Boy Scouts of America, Oklahoma City All Sports Association and currently serving as chairman of the University of Oklahoma Board of Visitors for the Construction Science Division. Eric recently received a national certification from the Design Build Institute of America (DBIA).
Eric is married to Tara Williams and has two lovely daughters, Savanna and Alexandra (Lexi) both attending OU. Eric & Tara have lived in the Norman area for 20 years and are members of Journey Church. As a youth, Eric was awarded the highest scouting honor of Eagle Scout and was inducted into the Order of the Arrow and even served as a Junior Assistant Scoutmaster for his troop.
Michael E. Mitscher, AIA, NCARB, has been in the Architecture field for over 20 years. Michael holds a B.A. from the University of Oklahoma and is a licensed architect in the state of Oklahoma. He has extensive experience in the healthcare sector, along with a strong background in commercial, corporate, retail and residential. Michael has spent the last 20 years working both in architecture firms and partnering with developers/general contractors.
Michael is also very active in the community, graduating from Leadership Norman, active in the United Way, and serving as President of the Blanchard Lion’s Club.
When Michael is not busy working in the world of architecture and developing, he spends his downtime with family and loves playing and writing music.
Michael and his wife, Stacy, have been married for twelve years and have three children. Their oldest, Jackson, is recently leaving the nest to attend college and begin adulthood. Their daughter, Corbyn, is an avid soccer player, competing in Southlake’s Soccer Club. Their youngest son, Cameron, is active in scouting and can usually be found exploring the world of Minecraft.
Jon Horn, CPA, MBA, CPB has a diverse background that has made him well suited for the challenges faced in the construction and real estate development arena. Following his appointment to the United States Military Academy at West Point, he received a BS in Accounting from Oklahoma State University and an MBA from the University of Oklahoma. Being born and raised in the Oklahoma oil field, Jon has been involved in oil and gas, but has also spent time providing services for or working in banking, construction, real estate, business consulting and extensive tax related matters.
Jon has spent the last 20 years concentrating on real estate related industries. From being appointed to manage a $500 million loan portfolio to oversight of land development projects and construction projects, including residential and commercial, he has dealt with details and complexities that create a value for any project undertaken by his group of partners.
After many years in public accounting, Jon has always approached his professional relationships in developing trust and providing excellent service. His commitment to developing respect has created a loyal relationship with contractors and industry workers.
Jon and his wife, Laura, have been married for 23 years and have two children, Savannah and Braden.
Kristi Walker joined Aria Development in the fall of 2015. Kristi holds a bachelor’s degree in Accounting from The University of Central Oklahoma and brings over 20 years of Accounting experience to our team. Kristi manages over fifty intercompany related entities; working closely with other accountants, outside partners, lenders, agents, subcontractors, etc. Projections, budgeting, budget tracking, tax preparation/planning and a keen eye for detail add to the extended resources that she brings to our team.
Prior to joining Aria Development, Kristi worked in the Aerospace Industry as an Accounting Manager, served as a controller in a publicly held solid waste and landfill company, and held the position as a comptroller for a local auto group. In addition to serving as the in-house Accountant at Aria Development and Windstone Construction, she is the Principal in her consulting business, Accounting Prescriptions, LLC. This has serviced a multi- location Oil and Gas Distributer along with other accounting clients.
Kristi is happily married and has one daughter, Kolbie. The Walker’s live in South OKC/W. Moore, but Kolbie attends a private elementary school in Norman.
Lisa is the owner and broker for Aria Real Estate. She has built a business that not only includes sales, but residential and commercial real estate as well as HOA’s. Her passion for helping people buy and sell homes is exemplified through her portfolio. Actively involved in the community, she’s a proud Leadership Norman graduate as well as a Norman Chamber of Commerce board member and Center for Children and Families cabinet campaign board member.
Some of her other memberships include the National Association of Realtors, Norman Board of Realtors, OKC Board of Realtors, National Association of Professional Women, Rotary International, and Norman Next. She has also volunteered countless hours with Cleveland Elementary, St. Joseph’s Early Childhood Development Center, Journey Church, and Junior League of Norman.
Lisa and Sam are the proud parents of three children and proudly call Norman their home.
Melissa has served as our commercial property manager at Aria Real Estate for the past two years, overseeing every aspect of our commercial real estate portfolio. She developed an unparalleled work ethic while growing up in the small town of Wewoka, upon graduation, she relocated to attend the University of Oklahoma and immediately fell in love with the Norman community. Melissa worked in banking for twelve years and in June 2014, accepted a position with the Aria Real Estate team.
She currently manages approximately 290,000 square feet of commercial property including retail, office, medical, and executive suites. One of the many aspects Melissa enjoys most about working with Aria is the opportunity to build relationships.
Having become invested in the community, Melissa has chosen to raise her family in Norman. She has three active children: Jake, 16 along with Bella, 14 and Tyson 11. She enjoys being involved with their schools and regularly attends ball games and booster club activities.
